Returns & Refunds policy

Overview

As all of our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and your order details before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we will have entered production and the order cannot be cancelled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item:

• Arrives damaged or defective

• Has a printing error or manufacturing fault

• Is not what you ordered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
